Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit on bd9bet may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. General Bonus Rules

• Each player is entitled to claim any specific promotion only once unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• bd9bet reserves the right to reclaim any bonus credit, free bets, or bonus-derived winnings if it determines that the bonus was claimed fraudulently, in breach of these Terms, or through the use of multiple accounts.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the account balance.
• Placing opposing bets — whether on bd9bet or across multiple platforms — to artificially satisfy wagering requirements ("bonus abuse" or "arbitrage") is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated winnings.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL season, or the IPL season may carry additional conditions unique to that promotion.

Free Bets

Free bets credited to an account are valid for sports betting markets only unless explicitly stated otherwise. Free bet stakes are not returned as part of any winnings — only the net profit from a successful free bet is credited to your real-money balance. Free bets that are unused within their validity period will expire automatically.

By using the bd9bet Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and honest manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access areas of the Platform for which you do not have authorisation, including other players' accounts, administrative dashboards, or backend systems.

All content on the bd9bet Platform — including but not limited to the bd9bet logo, brand name, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, data, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of bd9bet or its content and technology licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

bd9bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.

• Self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.

Voluntary Account Closure

Upon receipt of a valid closure request, bd9bet will process any remaining real-money balance (net of any active bonus funds that do not meet withdrawal eligibility requirements) back to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed verification.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 12 months, 3 years, or permanent self-exclusion. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or game outcome, the decision of bd9bet's settlements team — based on official data sources and game provider records — shall be final and binding, subject to the formal complaints procedure described above.

Language of the Agreement

These Terms & Conditions are written and published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version of these Terms (if provided), the English version shall prevail.
